The edge profile shapes how a countertop feels in the room. Here are the profiles we fabricate in-house — most are included in your quoted price.
Eased
A clean square edge with the corners softened. Understated and modern.
Beveled
A 45-degree angled cut at the top that catches the light crisply.
Bullnose
Fully rounded face — soft, family-friendly, and easy to clean.
Half Bullnose
Rounded top with a flat bottom for a balanced, classic profile.
Ogee
An S-curve with real presence. The signature choice for formal kitchens.
Mitered / Waterfall
Slabs joined at 45 degrees for a thick, seamless architectural edge.
Sink Selection
Undermount Sinks We Supply & Install
All 304 stainless steel with satin finish, sound-dampening pads, and a 3-1/2" standard drain. We cut and polish the opening in your slab and set the sink during installation.
Any 23–27" model is free with your countertop installation

Template to Install in 5–7 Days
Once we digitally template your space, your stone is fabricated and installed within five to seven days — most kitchens are back in service inside a week.
Day 1
Digital template
We laser-measure the finished cabinets and confirm seams, overhangs, and cutouts.
Days 2–5
In-house fabrication
Your slab is cut, edged to your chosen profile, and polished in our shop.
Days 5–7
Installation
Our crew sets, levels, and seals the countertops — usually in a single day.

Free in-home estimate
We travel up to 50 miles from our shop at no charge. Igor or Jeff will bring samples, laser-measure your space, and deliver a clear quote before we leave.
Free 23–27 inch sink
Every countertop installation includes a complimentary 23–27 inch undermount sink. It is cut, polished, and installed to match your stone perfectly.

Free in-home estimate within 50 miles
- Eligibility: homes and job sites within a 50-mile driving radius of our Connecticut shop, in CT, RI, MA, or NY.
- Beyond 50 miles we still come out — a travel fee is quoted up front and credited back to your project if you move forward.
- One free estimate visit per address; additional visits for re-selection or re-measure are scheduled at no charge once a project is booked.
- An adult decision-maker must be present and the work area accessible so we can measure.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days and assume standard access; final pricing is confirmed after digital templating.
Free 23–27 inch undermount sink with every installation
- Eligibility: any new countertop fabrication and installation purchased from Northeast Surfaces.
- Includes one standard 23–27 inch single-bowl stainless undermount sink from our stock selection.
- Sink cutout and mounting are included; upgraded sinks (farmhouse, composite, double-bowl, oversized) are credited the value of the standard sink.
- Plumbing disconnect and reconnect, faucets, and fixtures are not included.
- One free sink per installation. Not redeemable for cash and not combinable with other sink promotions.
